Meet Latisha Pierre, Operations Manager at the Emory School of Nursing. When she isn’t busy overseeing operational activities, you can find her traveling and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends!

As part of our Community Member Spotlight series, we caught up with Latisha about a favorite project, some interesting facts about her, and some advice she’d give community members.

Q: In your role, what are you responsible for?

A: Overseeing operational activities at every level of the Emory School of Nursing. Also in my role, I strategize process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.

Q: What's a favorite project of yours and why?

A: The Emory Learning Nursing Center (ENLC)! It involved the planning and organizing of Emory School of Nursing resources to move a specific task, event, or duty toward completion. 

Q: What's something about you that's not on your resume?

A: I’m a licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia, a soccer mom of twin boys Carter and Cayden, and I have an adorable French Bulldog named Biggie!

Q: What's one piece of advice you’d tell the 250 E Ponce community? 

A: Always be resourceful and helpful!
