Q: In your role, what are you responsible for?

A: I provide medical oversight of FDA clinical trials and safety at iResearch Atlanta. Together, we have worked on over 300 clinical trials and have randomized over 10,000 patients into clinical trials for various disease states in Phase I-IV.

Q: What's a favorite project of yours and why?

A: Professionally, my favorite project involves interaction with the staff and patients. I love seeing growth and improvement in each.

Q: What's something about you that's not on your resume?

A: I'm a huge dog fan – I currently have seven! I try to stay fit: currently with weightlifting and previously CrossFit and being an elite cyclist. I also was a volunteer physician for the U.S. Olympic Training Center in 1999.

Q: What's one thing you would tell people about the 250 E Ponce Community?

A: The 250 E Ponce community is an amazing group of people. Everyone is involved in such interesting work and projects. Additionally, everyone is interactive, kind, and respectful. I appreciate Collaborative Real Estate, Christen, and others facilitating the positive growth and interaction. It is quite unique!

Q: What's your favorite restaurant/café in Decatur?

A: There are so many good restaurants in Decatur to choose from! The last three places I ate were Parker’s on Ponce, White Bull, and Café Lily. All are excellent.
